Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Analyzely ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Analyzely is a Webflow application that integrates Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with your Webflow website. The Service allows you to connect your Webflow sites to GA4, auto-inject tracking scripts, and view analytics data through our dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Webflow account
• Authorize Analyzely to access your Webflow workspace
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Analyzely offers the following plans:

• Free: $0/forever with limited features and 1 Webflow site.
• Starter: $9.99/month or $99.99/year for up to 3 sites.
• Pro: $19.99/month or $199.99/year for up to 5 sites with all features.
• Agency: $49.99/month or $499.99/year for up to 100 sites with all features.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Analyzely and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Webflow and Google Analytics. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Analyzely is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analyzely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Analyzely, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
